No refund policy

At Thefitforge.in, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals through high-quality services and personalized training. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service with us:

  1. Services Provided: All fitness programs, classes, personal training sessions, memberships, and digital products (including workout plans, videos, and coaching services) are non-refundable once payment is processed. This includes one-time payments as well as subscription services.

  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class or personal training session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, cancellations outside the specified time frame, or failure to attend a scheduled service.

  3. Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or pause your membership, please refer to our cancellation policy or contact us directly for further information. While we do not offer refunds for unused membership periods, we may be able to offer credit toward future services or extend membership benefits at our discretion.

  4. Transferability: Our services, including memberships and class passes, are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged or refunded, though you may be able to transfer them to another person at our discretion or based on specific terms outlined in your agreement.

  5. Exceptions and Refund Consideration: While our policy is to not offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In certain cases, such as serious illness, injury, or other unforeseen situations, we may consider issuing a refund or credit after due consideration. We require appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note, proof of extenuating circumstances) for any such request. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a decision will be made at our discretion.

  6. Customer Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to reach out to us at thefitforge@gmail.com . While we do not provide refunds, we value your feedback and are committed to finding alternative solutions, including offering rescheduling, additional support, or program adjustments.

  7. Changes to Policy: Thefitforge.in reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be informed of updates in advance.
